The services that listingPR.com provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). listingPR.com reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of the My Listing webpage.
listingPR.com provides you with access to a variety of resources, including flyer generation, listing minisite generation, postcard generation, and communication tools (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates or revisions to the website, new features and enhancements are subject to the TOU.
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from Services. You may save to your computer, print or email as generated unmodified versions of materials created on listingPR.com
listingPR.com requires you to open an account, complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will also choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all ctivities that occur under your account. You agree to notify listingPR.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Payment for Services provided to you through this site may be made by automatic credit card and you hereby authorize listingPR.com and/or its authorized agent, Woodforest National Bank ("WNB"), to transact such payment on your behalf. Unless you have good reason to believe the credit card you use to purchase your subscription is lost or stolen, you agree not to report that credit card as lost or stolen. Nor will you dispute any authorized charge by WNB or listingPR.com. You agree and acknowledge that if you fraudulently report the credit card used to obtain the Services as stolen, or if you fraudulently report that an authorized charge by listingPR.com or WNB is unauthorized, you shall be liable to WNB and listingPR.com for liquidated damages. The liability for liquidated damages specified in this paragraph shall not limit any other liability you may have from breach(es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in the TOU.
Subscriptions. If you purchase a regular subscription, you authorize listingPR.com and/or WNB to charge your credit card for periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms of Services, currently $29 per month. Your credit card will be charged by listingPR.com. Subscription fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable whether or not termination is at your request. For your convenience, all subscriptions will automatically renew until cancelled. Subscriptions rates are subject to change with thirty day notice. You are liable for any subscription charges incurred by you up to and until termination of Services. If you have a question about a transaction on your credit card statement, or wish to cancel a subscription, please click here to contact Customer Service. Subscriptions are non-transferable.
Refund Policy. listingPR.com and FNB do not issue refunds. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be immediately deleted regardless of billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given.
Notice to listingPR.com and/or FNB. You must promptly inform listingPR.com and/or FNB of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with this site; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until listingPR.com is notified of such breach in security, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of this site.
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any listingPR.com server through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
listingPR.com makes no warranties or representations of any kind that the Services provided by this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the site or the server that hosts the site are free from viruses or other forms of harmful computer code. All such information is provided "as is" and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. In no event shall listingPR.com, its agents, or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of these pages, be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website.
